About Adarsh

Adarsh Girijadevi is the founding Director and the Solicitor heading the immigration department at the firm. 

Adarsh is a highly result-orientated individual with experience in both individual & corporate Immigration and a specialist in skilled worker sponsor licence applications and advising clients on meeting their day-to-day sponsor obligations. He continues to assist many multinational companies in various sectors in maintaining their sponsor licence and hiring foreign workers regularly.

Under the supervision of Adarsh, the firm provides a highly professional and client-focused service and has won multiple awards for its service excellence. Clients favour him for his commitment to deliver outstanding service and individual attention, which is reflected on his clients’ testimonials and reviews. He also handles complex human rights and private life cases and is widely appreciated for using simple logic and common sense in setting strategies for successful visa applications. 

He was previously accredited as an Immigration Lawyer at Level 3 (the highest level) and was regulated by the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) since 2013. He qualified as a Solicitor in December 2021. Adarsh is also a supervising senior case worker accredited by the Law Society under Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) quality mark.

Adarsh is an alumnus of Leeds Beckett University, having completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in 2019 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University in 2015. Before qualifying as a Solicitor, he also completed the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law. He is also an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and the Law Society of England & Wales.
